INTERVIEW TECHNIQUES
Your Consultant will provide you with background
information about the company you are going to see. However,
getting additional information yourself and visiting a store
before the interview will help you to understand the company,
it's products and customers more fully.

Before the interview do as much homework
on the company as you can, look at their website if they
have one and find out all about the company. |

Make sure you understand the job role and
what you will be expected to do, the duties involved and
the skills required. |

Make sure you know where
the interview is being held, if necessary, do a trial run
in advance so you know how long it is going to take you
and so that you can arrive in plenty of time. |

Make sure you know the name of the person
who is going to interview you. |
| |
Dress smartly for the interview as first
impressions count, also make sure you have clean and tidy
clothes, hair is neatly styled. Keep perfume and facial
jewellery to a minimum. |

be polite and friendly. |

Speak clearly and calmly try not to get flustered. |
