Vision Retail Services was established to provide
an efficient and cost effective recruitment service to national
and larger regional retailers by specialists who have had successful
careers in the Retail Industry and understand the problems from

Our primary objective is to establish a
long term working relationship with our clients, in effect to
be their ambassadors. We will meet with yourself and/or a nominated
post holder within your company to ascertain the key qualities
required for success, company culture, primary responsibilities
and what it takes to drive your particular business forward.
We also take a keen interest in other areas such as career progression,
training and the benefits package as well as company development
plans. In fact, we are confident that we can significantly improve
on the more traditional filling vacanies role to the much more
valuable concept of giving our clients a commercial advantage
by placing only the best candidates with them.
This, of course, means that we have strict rules
about the number of companies we represent in each market sector
to avoid any conflict of interest. In other words, we do not
search candidates from our clients under any circumstances.
Before presentation to yourselves each candidate
is interviewed in depth to determine their operational capabilities
and level of understanding of the key areas of performance within
the job role.

We expect in store candidates to visit one of your existing
branches (geography permitting) before being interviewed by
yourselves and to take time to find out about your business,
its products and services and its target customers.
We mean what we say "finding the best people
for the best companies".
We also understand that the process from initial
presentation either by C.V. or profile to appointment is a critical
one.
Introducing the right candidates is key, but in
a competitive market it is not always enough. That is why every
Vision Retail Consultant keeps in regular contact with both
client and candidate through each stage of the selection process
from first interview to commencement of employment. Fundamental
to this process is obtaining feedback from both parties and
covering issues with the candidate such as period of notice
and most importantly how to deal with a counter offer.
