We also take a keen interest in other areas such as career progression, training and the benefits package as well as company development plans. In fact, we are confident that we can significantly improve on the more traditional filling vacancies role to the much more valuable concept of giving our clients a commercial advantage by placing only the best candidates with them from a wide variety of candidates.
This, of course, means that we have strict rules about the number of companies we represent in each market sector to avoid any conflict of interest. In other words, we do not search candidates from our clients under any circumstances.
Before presentation to yourselves each candidate is interviewed in depth to determine their operational capabilities and level of understanding of the key areas of performance within the job role.
Attention to Detail
We expect candidates to study your company, it’s market position and aims and objectives before being interviewed by yourselves and to take time to find out about your business, its products and services and its target customers.
We mean what we say "finding the best people for the best companies".
We also understand that the process from initial presentation either by C.V. or profile to appointment is a critical one.
